Poor Service provider. This Tyra R girl working with clients on email has no idea what she is doing really. She said she spoke to the company selling the product but when i called the company they had no clue what i was talking about. i then had Basket returned for a refund cause i was not happy with the quality and now she is just tolling for my refund, even after her own colleagues checking the parcel and told her to log the refund, she still chooses to delay, hai sies manh . yerrr this woman knows just how to ruin a persons day.
