From a happy and loyal customer….

I have been a customer for 5 years and after 50+ orders must applaud ODO. Yes there were occasional hiccups with late deliveries, or returns (sometimes courier companies fault), damaged items, or products stopped working after a few weeks. Every single time I got a prompt reply (on their app / WA) and the faulty item was returned and either replaced, or refunded within a week. Yes, a few of their items are not as pictured (l got refunded and allowed to keep it), or are just VERY cheap Chinese solar powered stuff - stay away from them. Overall, if you know the retail prices, I haven’t ordered anything that I regretted, or found at a substantially cheaper price somewhere else. My advice: check on other sites before placing an order - “recommended retail price” can mean anything in SA.
