First time customer - VERY DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICE

I ordered something in November. It took over TWO WEEKS to get delivered, and when it did, I found the quality to be bad so I logged a return. Even this process is an absolute nightmare. There is no sense of urgency and there is such a lack of effort from one day only!! Pathetic serive. This was my first experience with them and I will NEVER support them again. This is why takealot is so much better than you guys.
