Feeling *****ed

Really disappointing service and appear to have a very nonchalant attitude. This company is happy to send you broken products and take forever to get back to you for refunds/support. I am out of pocket by over R1400 and don't have a product.

I feel as though I basically got ******. I will be reporting this to the ombudsman as I can see from Facebook posts various others have experienced the same thing. Shocking that modern day businesses deliver such poor and non caring services to customers.
