Faulty Watch Sold to me!!!

<p>I have had the most shocking service from One Day Only and Wherecom. I purchased a Wherecom device from One Day only in December and it started giving me issues from March. I have since reported this a couple of times. The device is a gps tracker for children and has not been tracking, the screen no longer works and my child can no longer call me. Last month on the 18th May, a guy called Zack Viljoen contacted me to apologise and said the device I received was from a faulty batch and he would replace the device that stopped working with a Doki device. And since then, I have sent him my delivery address and he has disappeared. Does not take my calls and does not respond to my emails.</p> <p>This is the exact reason why I am reluctant to purchase electronics online - I have no place that I can physically go to and have this sorted out. I keep getting ridiculous emails from One Day Only saying they will sort this out. Since MARCH 2017. This device has a one year warranty. I am running out of patience.</p>
