Faulty Product - Useless contact center

<p>I ordered a hydration pack from OneDayOnly. It took forever to be delivered. Once received I was excited to use it in preparation for races. I filled it up with ice cold water and when I wanted to start training with it, I realized my back is becoming wet. The item was delivered with a hole in the "bladder" of the hydration pack.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not to worry, I decided to log this via their ONLY channel of communication (email through the website) to which I have been waiting 4 days now without a response. There is no way to escalate your query or to contact them telephonically.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Consumer Protection Act clearly protects me in this regard and will be used if required. I will NEVER recommend OneDayOnly again (keep in mind that I have been supporting them for years).</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you and GOOD BYE!</p>
