FAULTY PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

There should be a NO STAR RATING! After waiting almost 2 weeks for my order with NO communication from ONE DAY ONLY on shipment or delivery, i emailed them. After 2 days of sending the email i received a response to say its being delivered. I finally recieved my product only to find that it is FAULTY. The same day of recieving it i emailed them to inform them that the product is faulty. It is now 3 emails and 3 days later and NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME. Pathetic service and poor quality products!!!!!!!!
