Faulty media box - NO customer service!!!

We have received a faulty media box on th 11th of June 2020, lodged a complaint the day after it was delivered on the customer service portal. After 12 days still NO response, media box still not working as advertised. I have sent several mails without response, only a generic reply. ORD***.
