Falselu advertised item

Falsely advertised bottle of gin. Advertised as a 1ltr limited edition. Received a regular 750ml. If i do not get the advertised item i will be lodging a formal complaint with the Advertising Regulatory Board persuant to my rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
