False advertising

Item falsely advertised and returned process with so many hassles. Finally approved for collection. 8 days later still struggling with item to be collected and returned with no response to daily emails. False promises to make arrangements to get the returned item collected same as false advertising inconveniencing me to wait for driver to collect item.
