Failure to process refund for over a month.

I purchased a set of Highlander luggage from Onedayonly. After one flight, the bag broke and was unusable. I then returned the item on the 6th of December 2023. Is it now 10 January 2024 and no progress in the return at all when the customer service agents sent a message saying it would be resolved in 10-14 days.

I have not had such a bad experience with Onedayonly up until now, but will be very cautious going forward.
