Extremely poor service from One Day Only

Very poor customer service from One Day Only. I ordered 2 jackets on 14 June. Their policy states 5-10 working days for delivery, and due to COVID may be delayed a few days. After many queries I received 1 jacket after 16 working days, however I am still waiting for the second jacket. It's now been over a month. You cannot get hold of or speak to an agent. E mail queries are answered with the same automated response, that gives no assistance or information on when delivery will be made. This is shocking service. Please deliver my order! (No. ***)
