Extremely bad customer service

I ordered a few items on the 28 May. My first emailed then regarding my outstanding order on the 9th of June. To date I only received 1 of the 2 item in the order. Since the 9 of June I have tried to contact them numerous times via emailed, but still gotten no response from them.
