EXTREMELY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE AND SUPPORT

We have purchased on this site on a VERY regular basis and recently 2 orders have raised concerns. 1st - Headphones ordered abd a cheaper set was delivered - several (if not more than 10) request have been raised and to date (more than 3 weeks later) NO JOY!!!!!!!!!!!

2nd - Boots ordered and the size is too small - requested an exchange for a bigger size the next day after delivery and again several (if not more than 10) request have been raised and to date (more than 3 weeks later) NO JOY!!!!!!!!!!!

The after sales service and support is APPALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
