Extremely Bad after sales service

Extremely bad after sales service!!!!! I have had issues with my DJI Mavic Mini drone and mailed them 4 weeks ago. To date they have not even rep**** to my mails. Be very carefull when buying from them because it looks like once you buy there is no going back if something is faulty.
