EXECPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE

I placed an order on OneDayOnly on the 13th of November, #***. I have tried and tried to get answers from them as to why my order has not been delivered. All I am getting is aloof answers with zero specifics. Their 5-10 working days delivery is BS to say the least. I would honestly think twice before ordering from them. They used to be really good, but they have slumped in to the "we don't care" attitude that is plaguing South Africa. In my honest opinion place orders on things that is less than a 100 rands. That won't be such a big loss if they don't deliver, like this time for me.
