Exchange Policy

The exchange policy of OneDayOnly is just a gimmick. When I tried to exchange an item, this is the response I received: “Our current stock levels do not allow us to offer the longer size of the belt, which is why we are unable to process the exchange you requested.” Instead, OneDayOnly offered a refund. Very frustrated and disappointed with them.
