Exceptional Customer Service!!!

Out of all the Online stores I have dealt with, One Day Only is the store that oozes with customer care.

I have had a faulty item purchased online delivered to me , instead of arranging for a return of the product they let the customer keep that faulty item and refund all their money bac**** In this day and age, with all stores aiming at making a quick buck One Day Only is still practicing value added customer care- amazing right?

They said to me (via email) they pride themselves in great customer service and wouldn't want to loose any one of their customers thats why they do what they do.
