Excellent customer service!

On Thursday, 11 March '21, a friend notified me of a certain book on special on OneDayOnly. I ordered this book on the site but as this was my first time ordering, I had to update my address details. The website could not pick up my suburb and I duly logged a ticket with OneDayOnly customer service. From my first online interaction with the Customer Service Manager (Andre B) and Customer Service agent (Alex) I was very satisfied and impressed with the level of service I received. The CS Manager kept me informed on their progress all the way, and although the team could not manage to source stock of this book for me, their service and subsequent resolve to my query was professional, efficient and prompt! Well done team, always good to receive excellent customer service :)
