Endless waiting to receive tracking number / delivery

You wait forever for a tracking nr and when you finally receive a tracking number and try to track it, it says that your order has been received in 2013 already. It has been a month since I placed my order (order was placed when lockdown restrictions were lifted so that can’t be a reason for the hold-up). OneDayOnly management is useless at helping to solve such problems.
