Empty Promises

<p>I was phoned on Monday (19 December) by your delivery people to say that they are waiting for me at 6 Kudu Street, Linden. I then say they are at the wrong Kudu Street. They then ask me to meet them at Cresta. Seriously? I have to chase after the delivery guys? Is this not why I paid a delivery fee? I then get told on Tuesday (By Glenville Hendricks) that the address has been corrected and will be delivered. Then promised Wednesday (By Matthew Leighton) that it will be delivered. Then on Thursday (By whoever runs your Facebook page) that it will be delivered. Still no package.</p>
