Ordered a product in November. Throughout December I got the run around from One Day Only. Turns out my product was delivered to the wrong address in another city. Even with this proof, they refuse to issue a refund. Have had to ask my bank to reverse the transaction. Just stay away from them. The signs of a company in decline!
