Drive bad attitude and item out for delivery with out notification

Received a phone call from your drive asking to collect the TV at a shopping center after we have changed the address on your website to deliver to the complex. The order is not showing to be delivered today! What is going on. We showed the driver the address and he had to take the TV back. Your driver was really rude and had a bad attitude. This is not acceptable when can we expect the item to be delivered?
