Double deduction and refuse to refund the monies

This is the first time that this happend but the services is horrible. im never going to buy anything on this website again. be warned they steel your monies. one of my orders was double deducted on my account. zapper shows that one fail but not what my bank said. i have send multipal times proof of my bank statement showing it was double deducted but still they refuse to give the double payment back. People be careful dont spend your hard urn monies because they take it fast but never fix their own mistake
