Don't waste your time or money

The worst online shopping experience of my life. I ordered a product on the 1st of December and i have yet to receive it. I've made an enquiry to them but received no further communication besides an e-mail confirming my complaint and the daily deals I've been sent since then. Their on-site tracking is very poor as well, they offer no estimated delivery time and don't show the progression of where the product is. I don't know what kind of business model they have or how they have managed to stay running so long
