Don't waste your money - No delivery of items

If I could give a NEGATIVE star rating I would!!!!

I ordered over R 2000.00 worth of gifts for Christmas on Black Friday 29 November 2019. With a 5 - 10 working day delivery promise, I was expecting my gifts on the 13th of December. I logged several complaints ONLINE (because they do not have a telephone number to contact) and only recieved generic responses. Absolutely PATHETIC customer service.

It is now the 17 th December and my gifts finally arrived - however too later to give to family members. My parcel is now in Durban and we are in Johannesburg already for the holidays.

I must now spend extra money to courier my gifts from Durban to Johannesburg???

I want OneDayOnly to account for their non-delivery of items promised on the 14th of December.

Unfortunatley I will never be purchasing from OneDayOnly again - and Judging by the many comments on this forum - neither will others.
