Don't log a return with onedayonly

I ordered 3 sets of Christmas lights that were described as warm white and even showed warm white on the box. When the order arrived it was cool white. I logged a return before the long weekend, received an email confirming, then another asking what I would prefer - a return and refund or to keep the product and receive a R150 voucher. As the product cost R350 odd , I opted for a return. I have sent emails and chatted on Instagram, but no joy.
