Dont do buisness with OneDayOnly. They take your money and then ignore you

I ordered three Items on 29 November 2019 for Christmas Order #***. Only two of the items was delivered. I reached out and advised on this mistake but did not receive any response. I then followed up again filling out the online form twice hoping to get a response from them. No response came. I am being ignored completely and have no way in getting the product or my money back.
