Don't buy from onedayonly!

I bought a back massager off of onedayonly. It arrived 2 weeks later and upon opening it the AC adapter was broken and the machine does not work. I have emailed the company countless times with no reply for 3 weeks. This is dreadful customer service and I don't advise anyone tk buy from them as the quality of their products is also below par. All I want is my money back or an exchange for a new product but with no contact number it is near impossible to get ahold of them. Stay away!
