Don't know and don't seem to care

<p>I ordered two sets of the lego type hero figures for my boss and a case of wine for myself. They split the order into "two" one was the one which they delivered promomtly and the second was only one of the lego hero figure sets. I immediatly sent a query on the day of delivery requesting clarification if I was going to receive the other set, my reference was #264881 on the 30th of March and when I didnt receive any feedback I sent a second query #263399 on the 4th of April. When again I heard nothing, I sent a message to them on Facebook which resulted in a phone call from a lady who assured me she was investigating and here we are... Nothing on the 10th of April, not even some sort of feedback on where the rest of my order is. I think they don't have an answer, so they just hope that if they don't say anything you will just go away. How can you trust them if they can't complete an order nor can they provide you with adaquate feedback. It is a disgrace and its basically *******. You can't trust this site it seems as they take your money and don't complete orders. </p>
