Don't deliver complete order

<p>I ordered a BB8 droid set with a Force watch in February for my sons birthday. I only received the BB8 droid and not the force watch. I have contacted them numerous times via their only way of contact "customer care" email, only to receive generic emails with no solution or time line! My son is heartbroken today that he doesn't have the rest of his birthday gift! Thank you Oneday only for nothing! I will never purchase anything from u guys again and neither should u guys!</p>
