Do not use OneDayOnly!

I ordered a coffee machine on the 8th of May - it took until the 18th of May to deliver and they delivered a model below the one I ordered and paid for. I have been asking them to confirm when they will be replacing my machine as I could have bought the one they sent me for R3K less and I am yet to receive any form of clear response from them and it is already 10 days later! I will not be using them again.
