Do not trust- non delivery

I ordered 3 items on 13 Dec 2019. All of them Christmas gifts. No response after two emails. Eventually the wrong parcel arrives. (I kept it for the rightful owner who collected from me). Eventually he one item arrived on 3 Jan 2019. 2 items still not delivered .they don’t respond to any of the complaints. I am disgusted by their service. Instead of saving me money, they cost me a lot more as I had to buy other Christmas gifts on top of it all. If this is how they treat a repeat customer, I think they have major issues. Disgusting
