Do not purchase anything from OneDayOnly – worst service I’ve experienced.

I received a defective item on 6 March 2026 and logged a return the same day. After multiple follow-ups and very little communication, I was only informed on 13 March that the item would be collected.

The supplier received the item on 16 March, and now I’m being told I must wait an additional 10–14 business days just for assessment.

This means a return for a faulty product could take over a month to resolve — which is completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and overall handling of this situation has been extremely frustrating.

I will not be purchasing from OneDayOnly again.
