DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ONEDAYONLY!!!!

THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ONEDAYONLY - PLEASE DON'T, BECAUSE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG DUE TO THEIR FAULT, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY OR A CORRECT PRODUCT BACK. We have recently bought clocks from OneDayOnly. First it took weeks to arrive instead of 7-10 days, then one of the clocks was broken. We have been sending numerous e-mails with photo's attached to them and still everytime we get a response from them (it does take at least a week before anyone answers) they still ask for photo's - so either they can't open a photo on an e-mail or they are just being difficult. It is extremely disappointing that a South African can be so useless and have such a poor customer service.
