DO NOT BUY FROM ONEDAYONLY!!!

I ordered items to the value of almost R4 500 in November. By the middle of December 2025 I was still waiting for 2 items ( value nearly R800). I sent an email to customer service which was answered very promptly that the items were out of stock and that the money would be written back to my credit card (why was it necessary for my to query the non-delivery of my items?). End of December 2025 I queried the non-payment. I got a prompt response again, telling me the money was written back to my credit card on 18 December and I must allow 5 to 10 working days for the money to reflect. Since then I have emailed twice, as it is way more than 10 working days, and no refund has reflected on my card. Surprise surprise.... and now I also do not get any reply on my emails either. I will NEVER EVER buy from OneDayOnly again. This was a 1st, but definitely the last.

I received an email back from OneDayOnly, asking me to check under the date of the original transaction. I found the credit under that date. Thank you Jason. Your quick response was appreciated.
