DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OR ANYTHING WITH A GUARANTEE FROM ONEDAYONLY

We bought a Toshiba convection microwave through OneDayOnly, which was reported as faulty within 7 days of receiving the item. The turntable does not turn smoothly. It turns and stops, turns and stops the whole time. The item has been picked up to be sent back to their Supplier for assessment. It is now almost 3 weeks, and all I am hearing, is that OneDayOnly is still waiting for feedback from the supplier. I was informed that the Supplier has 4-7 working days for the assessment to be completed. As the matter was reported within 7 days of receiving the item, we want either a new machine or our money back, no repairs. According to OneDayOnly no feedback has been received from the Supplier. Do not buy any electrical equipment, or anything with a guarantee, from OneDayOnly!! You will regret it!!
