Disgusting/Non-existant Service

I ordered a piece of gym equipment, complete with weights. It was delivered on 28th August, without the weights. On 29th August I informed them the weights had had not arrived. It is now 25th Sept and emails are Still going back and forth saying they will contact the supplier. I have also had 2 mails saying I will receive a new tracking number for delivery of the missing weights "shortly". As yet, no tracking number and no parcel. Also NO DEFINITE ANSWERS. I have purchased a piece of equipment that I still cannot use because the most important part of it is missing. UNACCEPTABLE!!
