Disgusting service

Bought a device from OneDayOnly and the device was faulty. I logged a return and got an sms that Rugged SA was the supplier. I followed up and spoke to Jennifer that indicated that the device is fixed. I then asked "fixed" so I would be getting a refurbished device that was opened and fixed. I bough the device 2 weeks ago and she agreed tat it was an out of box failure and they would replace the device. They actually sent the same device back. This is utter poor service and disgusting in fact.
