Disgusting customer service

I bought 2 bottles of collagen and when I received them one bottle was cracked. I only opened it when my last bottle of collagen was finished and saw the cracked bottle. After reporting this to Onedayonly and waiting forever for an answer, they told me that they are NOT going to replace the cracked bottle as I should have reported this earlier. So now I am sitting with a 900 ml cracked bottle that I have to throw away, which is R1000 in the bin. Thanks for the great customer service!!!!!
