Disgusting Customer Service!!!

Absolutely disgusting service from OneDayOnly!! I've been promised feedback for the next business day and it's been over a week since I've got a reply! They falsely advertised the dog beds and are too quick to give back your refund as they would lose nothing in that way. I asked them to correct the size and they immediately say that their supplier doesn't have stock of that Colour and Size anymore! I then asked them to just get the right size as I'm not worried about the colour.... it's been almost 3weeks and still no positive feedback! Jane as "A TEAM LEADER" you are definitely setting an amazing example of what customer service should be like to your employees!
