Disgusted with OneDayOnly

I ordered three boxes of different red wines from them, on the 16th of June I contacted them regarding the incomplete order that was delivered and one item was wrong. On the 18th June I contacted them again and received the same reply that they will get back to me. I then sent another e-mail on the 23rd of June and still have not received an answer. I still have a box of white wine (which I didn't order)
