Disappointing Service

Ordered my ODO parcel on 28 November and as of yet, not a word. I may as well buy the goods from a store and pay an extra R50 rather than try and save some cash using ODO. My last order was not even received and I was only told that they were out of stock after I complained after not having received the goods after a month. I will not use ODO ever again, that is for sure.
