Disappointing OneDayOnly Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed in OneDayOnly’s customer service. They only ever reply with automated responses to your queries and don’t answer your emails. I have been waiting more than 4 weeks for my parcel to be delivered now and have requested the status of my parcel on 4 separate occasions in the last week without any feedback. This is entirely unacceptable and I cannot express my disappointment in the level of service I have received thus far.
