Disappointed withOne Day Only and their Courier Company

With lockdown I know that many services have struggled to make deliveries but One Day Only is getting worse. Today I received from their courier Fast + Furious one of three boxes of wine, I was in bed with a replacement hip so my husband accepted the box not realising there should have been three. I now look on Fast + Furious to day the total consignment has been received. Now I have spent the last 40mins on the phone and no one answers. Let’s see if the r3t of the wine ever arrives????
