Disappointed and will probably never use them again

I placed an order for 4 small items on the 4th of this month. After about 5 working days I contacted one day only for more details on the date of delivery to witch they told me to give it a few more days as it could take up to 10 days. Now I did not have a problem with this as that is what the website stated.

A friend of mine placed a big order in that same week I did and his items where a lot bigger and he received his items in 2 days. After waiting 12 working days I finally received my 4 small items and was disappointed to find that the packaging of the items where opened and some of the other items packaging was damaged and clearly squashed. I am not sorry for complaining about this as I feel this is something that should not have happened. I will rather stick with reliable online shopping sites like Takealot.

I was very exited to used one day only as they really have nice specials and items but doubt they will see me again.
