Difficulties getting a refund and no means of direct communication

What a pathetic service I received from one day only. Bought and item which they billed me twice and it has been a nightmare to get my money back. There is no direct way to contact their customer service. The only way is by email and they only send an automated reply to say that the are working on your query but nothing further comes out of that.
