Delivery to wrong person ,no pin no communication.

I would rate them zero if possible. All my 3 orders were shipped to Amahle the person that I don't even know. How can you deliver parcels without asking for proof of identity? The company itself it's so unprofessional,they don't even have the telephone number on their site. Will never order from them again. All 3 orders shipped to God knows where.. I want my money back!! Pathetic service.
