Delivery of wrong item, no correction

I purchased an Xtreme Mac iPad Mini Cover in Pink for my 3 year old on OneDayOnly.<br> <br> Delivery was scheduled but when I opened the parcel it was a Griffin iPad Air Cover in Pink (the colour must be a coincidence in all this incompetence).<br> <br> Logged the complaint online, and got this response:<br> \We do apologise for this. Unfortunately we do not have any replacements available
