Delivery guy rude

The delivery guy was so rude. He was supposed to deliver a package to my door. He called me and asked where my room is and I gave him and few minutes later still no show. So I called him n he said he was knocking and no answer. And I was in my apartment this whole time. His number is +27 (61) ***. He was rude and said I’m going to leave ur package with the security guys. This is my first time buying from OneDayOnly and I know it is the last time. The delivery guy ruined it for me. He should apologise for his behaviour
